esto de receta tiene bien poco, pero con el lío de los últimos días con los pepinos de Almería y como buen almeriense que soy, me he acordado de un entrante que mi madre nos preparaba de vez en cuando antes de comer:
Ingredientes:
– pepino
– sal
– pimienta negra
Preparación:
Lavamos y pelamos el pepino, cortamos en cruz longitudinalmente y presentamos en un plato simplemente con sal y pimienta por encima.
y a prepararse que viene la comida!
Vaya buena pinta tienen esos pepinos de Almeria!
